We absorbed Citland Group USA (1989), Citlog (2014), and took equity participations to increase our local content network in Africa.

Our targets are to increase the size of our African network by fusion, merge, absorption or participation to offer to the market the largest professional services network to distribute industrial items and install them locally.

New partners in vertical integration are welcome, say manufacturers searching to develop sales, say distributors willing to join forces, say financial investors willing to increase our capacity and find a significant ROI, say employees to prepare the next generation.
